Radio: Rick Jensen 1150AM WDEL from The University of Delaware
Rick Jensen is a very competent and respectful host who took time to talk to me off the air to strategize how we could work together to make the show helpful to listeners.
One caller, Shirley, asked whether I was with the same party as Howard Phillips. I was proud to tell her about my admiration for the faithful work of Mr. Phillips for the party and for the country.
We went on to discuss the need to return to an American understanding of law and government.
I had a good chance to explain why doing things that are unauthorized by the Constitution will never bring good results.
Mr. Jensen held a different view than myself and a caller named John when we agreed that the War in Iraq is not a constitutional war, in that no declaration of war was made by Congress, and that this is a dangerous thing for Congress to allow and for the President to do.
I greatly enjoyed the hospitality of Mr. Jensen and hope to speak with him again.
