- Misdemeanour Third-Borns: Multiple-birth children are ruining the planet People are bad for the planet, let’s face it. Carbon-dioxide is killing the planet and each breath I draw-in ends only with my spewing pollutants into the atmosphere. While I do have to breathe to stay alive, I can still control the amount of exhaling that goes on in my own home by reducing the number of breathers in my home. The Sunday (London) Times agrees. In an article entitled, “Children ‘bad for planet’,” on May 8, 2007, it was encouraged that “large families should be frowned upon as an environmental misdemeanour in the same way as frequent long-haul flights, driving a big car and failing to reuse plastic bags.” 05/09/07
- Peroutka Slams Big-Money Presidential Hopefuls The following recent report/interview was carried by the American Family News Network; it also appeared on the Web page of “Journal Chretien,” a Christian publication in Paris, France. 04/09/07
- Normal? Soon. There will not be an American View Radio Show this week. John is continuing to recover, and Michael’s wife is recovering from a surgery of her own. Everyone is doing well, recoveries are progressing, and everything should be back to normal by next week. Thank you all for your commitment to and patience with us as we give you The American View of law and government. 02/22/07
- Digital Redneck: Leslie Riley On Flags and Kingship And Much More On His New Web Site Leslie’s comments on whether to “keep Jesus in the Platform” were, “I never considered putting that language in the Platform, but now that it is in there, I will fight to the death to make sure it doesn’t come out.” Leslie is not a trouble maker, but like far too few men, he has the courage of his convictions that often embarrasses lesser men into action, or pushes them to strike at him with vitriolic rage for having the audacity to have the courage of his convictions and to zealously and jealously advocate for the Crown Rights of the King. 08/09/06
- Yes, God Does Tell Us Who To Vote For So the question for us is, “What are the rules of General Equity that we learn about voting, to which we must conform?” First, we must understand that we cannot vote for any man whom God has not chosen.[9] We know who God has chosen by measuring the candidate against God’s voter’s guide. We may lawfully only vote for such candidates who love God, are able, faithful, and hate covetousness. The Principles Governing the Election of Kings does not really alter the charge, but qualifies it. A Magistrate who hates covetousness would not amass wealth to himself, would not horde wives, and would not build an army for the purposes of invading foreign nations. 07/13/06
- TAMPA III: Scott T. Whiteman Letter To Chairman Clymer Resigning As C.P. Regional Co-Chairman (Northeastern District) Mr. Clymer, you must concede that a person who hates the Christ and His Kingdom and denies the sufficiency of his revelation in the Bible cannot seek to restore America to its Biblical Foundations. Mr. Hansen has made his mark by declaring, “You have such a small understanding of history because your Bible is so limited and filled with errors and missing sections and your god is so false.” Can such a man really want restoration of Biblical government? 06/16/06
- Memo To Fellow Christians: Certain Anti-Sodomite Marriage Arguments Are Dead! Please Stop Using Them! During his 2004 Constitution Party Presidential campaign, Michael Anthony Peroutka frequently reminded his audiences that one definition of insanity is doing the same, identical thing — repeatedly, over and over, time after time — but expecting a different outcome each time. His point was addressed to pro-Bush Christian/conservatives who still believed in the national Republican Party even though that party had sold them out again and again. I think often about this definition of insanity when I watch some supposedly Christian individuals and organizations fight against homosexual marriage using arguments that have repeatedly been rejected by the courts. These folks don’t seem to get the fact that certain dogs are dead and do not hunt! Got it? Dead dogs do not hunt! 03/09/06
- Sixth Circuit Commands Kentucky to Blaspheme God What many Evangelicals are heralding as a victory for religion and the Ten Commandments is actually a great offense to God. In order for any Christian expression to satisfy the Supreme Court’s Lemon Test, the Name of God must be profaned. 12/23/05
- Are We One Nation? With the Signing of the Declaration, each of the thirteen former Colonies of England became “Free and Independent States,” each possessing within itself the power to do that which by right every other State or Nation on the Earth had the rightful power to do. With the signing of the Declaration, the new States retained the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitled them. In summary, the Colonies removed themselves from under their once common sovereign, and regressed to their distinct colonial governments and interests without uniting with each other. 12/23/05
- John Roberts: Accomplice In Crime All men, even appointees to the Supreme Court, are personally responsible to God for their professional actions. Can a Christian woman be employed as a prostitute and claim that her adultery and fornication was nothing more than what her profession required? …Every Judge and lawyer perjures himself when he decides or argues on a case contrary to the United States Constitution. Every Judge or lawyer is an accessory after the fact if he knowingly assists a felon to evade justice. What convicts the Christian woman is the same that convicts the Christian Judge or attorney – God Almighty. He has offered no caveat in His Law for the excuse, “Just doing my job.” As Officers of the Court, a lawyer ought, and a Christian lawyer must, “form his own independent opinion, in God’s fear, whether in assisting each applicant he will be assisting wrong, or asserting falsehood.” 08/11/05

- The Perjured Nation Any nation will be blessed to take God’s name in their Oaths when done with reverence, honour and solemnity. Similarly, any nation that does not take God’s name in their Oaths, or which blasphemes God’s name in their Oaths, is cursed and under judgment. 10/14/05
- America According to Lincoln The Gettysburg Address was a radical shift from what our Framers had in fact believed and did in 1776. First, in America according to Lincoln, the Union was “born” in 1776. This is historical fallacy at best, and fraud at worst. In 1776, not one Union, but Thirteen separate States were created out of the formerly Thirteen English colonies. 07/01/05
- What is a Republic Anyway? In a Republic, there is a Law above the government, and in our case there is a written Constitution, in addition to the King to whom all governments owe honour. 04/19/05
- DeLay Makes No Delay in Apology It never takes long, and it always happens – a conservative says somethingwe conservatives believe, support and get excited about, and then he recants. I remember when Jerry Falwell blamed abortionists, feminists, and homosexualsfor 911 only to recant (okay, actually 911 was a judgment from God for theChurch’s failure to act against abortionists, feminists and homosexuals). 04/14/05
- Bush Brothers Connived at Schiavo’s Murder I know the objections, “But this is a State’s rights issue and to impose upon Florida a federal mandate would be to violate the principles of ‘Federalism’.” Such a statement can be made only by those who don’t know what “Federalism” means. 04/01/05
- With Republicans Like These, Who Needs Democrats? How does a pro-lifer respect the notion that an unborn child, innocent of any worldly charge, can be terminated at any point provided that the mother who has contracted with another person to kill the child within her either has the grandparent’s of the infant’s consent or is of “legal age” and has had 24 hours to think about whether she really, really wants to kill this kid? 02/09/05
- When a King Is Not a King Once an agent steps outside of the authority granted, he is no longer an agent – if his agency is as King, he becomes a tyrant and usurper. 01/30/05
- Standing Between the Butcher and the Baby It is the duty of all governments to properly discover and administer the Law … What happens, then, if a state government has properly administered the Law, but the federal government declares such administration to be unconstitutional? 01/22/05
- Conservatism is a Loser’s Religion I suppose this is a tautology, but Christendom will not prevail in a culture that refuses to promote Christ. Of course I don’t expect the “world” to promote the Name above all names, the King of kings, but I (in my naiveté) did at one time expect that the Church would. Instead, we have countless leaders from the Religious Right recommending that we refrain from using that Bible or any “Christian arguments” to make our case against abortion, same-sex marriage, &c., since the five major world religions, Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, and Judaism recognize and uphold that traditional value. We are told that by putting the Christian God aside, we can appeal to “religion” which is much less offense, and reach a greater audience of people with whom we would agree. 01/17/05
- Secession - A Peculiar Concept Secession of one state from others was considered again in 1790, just three years after the Constitution was written and two years after it was ratified by the ninth State, making it effective. 12/23/04
- Republicans Offer the Unborn 32 More Years of Roe v. Wade On November 2, 2004, the American electorate voted into office a Republican President, Republican House, Republican Senate and a majority of Republican Governors. The Supreme Court is made up of a super-majority of Republican appointees. We have, in America, undeniable Republican Party Rule. If the Republican Party is pro-life, now is the best and only time to effectuate any real pro-life legislation. 12/16/04
- Stare Non Determinus “We are told that the doctrine of Stare Decisis requires that lower court judges must follow the dictates of the Supreme Court, and that only the Supreme Court has the power to reverse its own decisions. Is the claim true, or are all judges beholden to their Oath of Office to accord their decisions with the United States Constitution?” 09/30/05
