She spoke about how to teach our course and urged others to also teach this course. Ricki was joined in her presentation by two men who have also taught the “IOTC” Constitution course: Claude Dunn, who lives in Virginia; and Derek Howell, Esq, Director Of Operations for the “IOTC.”
