Paulson, a Senator actually makes sense using the “s” word, ditto another Senator who uses the “c” word; and McCainiac says, with a straight face, that yes, oh yes, absolutely - that - well you’ll just have to listen. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), Chairman, House Subcommittee On The Constitution Last week, Sept. 17, was Constitution Day — Sept 17, 1787, being the day when our Constitution was signed. So, who better to interview on this subject than Rep. Jerrold Nadler, a New York Democrat, who is head of the House Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights Civil Liberties. Well, as things turned out, almost ANYBODY would have been better than Rep. Nadler to interview re: the Constitution because he is without understanding when it comes to the Constitution and the intent of our Founders when they produced this document. Listen closely, please, to this interview. It explains a lot about why our Federal Government is a mess, why our Federal Government is in debt to the tune of tens of trillions of dollars.

And I ask: If McCain was truly pro-family, would he have chosen a woman who not only has with a five-month-old Down Syndrome “special needs” baby but also has a pregnant teenage daughter? 168: New Book On Obama’s “Faith” Shows Clearly His “Faith” Is NOT Biblical Christianity — No Way This “AV” program is a detailed essay-review of Stephen Mansfield’s new book “The Faith Of Barack Obama” (Thomas Nelson, 2008) — a useful, instructive book which reveals a lot about Sen. Obama’s Muslim background (Mansfield speculates there could be a Mullah-fatwa against him if he’s President!), his position on abortion (he’s pro-death), the racist “black theology” of the church he was a member of for 20 years, and how the pastor of that church, Jeremiah Wright, is not wrong about everything he said. So, tune in, please. But, a warning: If you cannot handle the truth, you do not want to hear this program.

On this “The American View” radio show a discussion of the Colorado Human Life Personhood Amendment, a discussion which asks, in part: Where is Dr. James Dobson and Focus On The Family on this Amendment? Colorado is where they are located. Are they for or against this Human Life/Personhood amendment? Good question. Stay tuned for the answer, please - though there is, alas, no clear answer, at this point - which is odd since Dr. D, in a January 2003 letter to “Friends,” referred to the “personhood” of the unborn child.

Answer: Nowhere Michael and I discuss my first bus tour recently of the battlefield at the Gettysburg National Military Park in Pennsylvania — a tour that completely ignored all the Confederate Memorials which made me something less than a happy camper - though I did not actually camp out at the park. This tour did, however, make me wonder: Where does the Federal Government get the right to own or operate National Parks? Answer: There is no such right; such ownership is clearly un-Constitutional. Maybe, if the South had won, there would be no National Parks, no lawless land-grab by the national government; maybe, had the South won, there would be no national government, at least not as we have it now. — J.L.

No, He Is Not “Truly pro-life.” These are the words on the cover of the June, 2008, “Focus on the Family” magazine “Citizen” which shows a photo of President Bush kissing a baby. Underneath the “Truly Pro-Life” headline are these words: “More politicians need to think like President Bush, who understands that embryonic stem-cell research is as morally reprehensible as abortion.” But is George Bush “truly pro-life?” No, he is not - as his record clearly demonstrates.

Well, interesting that you would ask because on this program we interview Dr. John Mueller of Ohio State University who is the author of, among other books, “Overblown: How Politicians And The Terrorism Industry Inflate National Security Threats, And Why We Believe Them” - a book published by Free Press. Dr. Mueller says that the likelihood that a person outside a war zone will perish at the hands of an international terrorist over an 80-year-period is about 1 in 80,000 whereas an American’s chance of dying in a car crash during this same time period is 1 in 80. What the odds are that your average American, in his car, will crash into a terrorist, we do not know. Listen, please, and, perhaps, be not quite so frightened.

153: If Texas, Other Governments, Really Want To Stop “Child Abuse” They Should Prosecute All Abortions As Murder And Punish Women Who Have Abortions On this program, Michael Anthony Peroutka and John Lofton discuss our Constitution, global warming and Earth Day. They also talk about those hundreds of kids who, in San Angelo, Texas, have been seized and separated from their parents. The Governor of Texas says he has “full faith and confidence” in the Texas Department of Public Safety and Child Protective Services. Michael and John, as you might have guessed, do not have such full faith and confidence in any government agency to protect any child! They believe that if various levels of government really want to stop “child abuse,” they should recognize abortion for what it is - the ultimate child abuse in that the unborn baby is murdered! And these governments should prosecute as murderers all those who commit abortion and the women who request the murder of their unborn children. I thought about how wise this saying is when I watched Clinton and Obama recently talking at Messiah College about their “religion” — a discussion where the Messiah was not mentioned, incidentally. And I thought again about the wisdom of my saying when I saw Clinton and Obama supposedly “debating” at the National Constitution Center - a debate in which everything proposed by both candidates was blatantly UNCONSTITUTIONAL! - something not noticed by the brain-dead men questioning C/O - Charlie Gibson and George Stephanopolous.
