The “Institute On The Constitution” is an educational effort on the part of the Law Office of Peroutka and Peroutka of Pasadena, Maryland. The “IOTC” is intended to reconnect Americans to the history of the American Republic and to their heritage of freedom under law.
The idea behind the “IOTC” is that by exploring the fundamental Biblical principles of civil government upon which our Constitutional Republic was founded, and by studying the original intent of the founders, we can begin to recover the lost freedoms that require knowledge and vigilance to protect and defend. Today, many Americans are surprised but delighted to learn that we were founded as a Constitutional Republic of Sovereign States with a central government of purposely limited powers based on Biblical principles. The recovery and application of these principles is necessary for the reclamation of the Republic.
